By using the Draeve website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more, that any registration information that you submit to Draeve is true, accurate and complete, and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the Draeve Privacy Policy.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Draeve website (the “Site”), including any content, information, products and/or services (the “Services”) therein. This is a legal agreement between you and Draeve (“Company”). Company reserves the sole right at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and Services, or modify the Terms of Service without notice. All modified terms and/or conditions will be in effect after they are posted on the Site (unless applicable law requires a longer notice period). By continuing to use or access the Site and/or Services after Company makes any such modification, you agree to be legally bound by the revised Terms of Service. You may not alter the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service without Company’s express written consent.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY COMPANY THROUGH THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES OFFERED BY COMPANY.

All home plans sold by Draeve are protected by International Copyright Law. Reproduction of these home plans, either in whole or in part, including any form of copying and/or preparation of derivative works thereof, for any reason without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to statutory damages plus attorney fees and loss of profits. All parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, builders, realtors, copy shops and blue-printers may be responsible if a copyright is violated. It does not matter if they knew what they were doing was a violation or not.

Draeve Enterprises retains the right to publish, sell, resell, advertise or use in any way any design, custom design, drawing, detail, image, calculation, sketch, or any other material that is produced by Draeve Enterprises. The above remains to be the explicit property of Draeve Enterprises at all times unless agreed otherwise in writing between Draeve Enterprises and the client.

Draeve values its customers and respects their privacy.

We collect customer information in order to deliver our products to you and also in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. Draeve recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties.

A cookie may contain information (such as a unique user ID) that is used to track the pages of the sites you have visited. PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the extensive plan inventory and diverse price options available on www.draeveconstruction.com, we may occasionally find data entry errors in the pricing of our plans. Draeve reserves the right to correct such errors as they are discovered. No order and pricing shall be final until confirmed by Draeve .

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

A download link or attachment will be sent after the payment is reviewed and cleared by our payment gateway and sales team. No refunds are possible after a payment has been completed. Make sure of your selection before making your payment.

PHOTOGRAPHS, PERSPECTIVES AND ELEVATION VIEWS

All Home Floor Plans have at least 1 photograph, perspective or elevation view to help you visualize the Homes - these are only to be used as general guides to what the Home may look like when built.

Please be advised that photographs, perspectives and elevation views may not represent the final construction sets accurately due to changes made during construction or the rendering process. Also note that all details shown on pictures, perspectives and elevations are not necessarily part of the final drawings package that you purchase as some are only used for decorative and illustrative purposes.

DO NOT USE PLANS TO BUILD MORE THAN ONE HOUSE

The original purchaser of a home plan is licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the plans without permission is an infringement of the home designer's copyright. The drawings you receive in your email or as printed copies can only be used to build one home, if you need to build more than one home using the same plans you will need to purchase one set for each of the extra homes.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DRAWING SET?

Presently, each drawing plan sale comprises of floor plans ONLY; having building length, width and area dimensions in millimeters. If you have any doubts or questions in regards to what is included in the drawing set you wish to purchase please contact Draeve.

Please do not purchase any drawings from Draeve unless you have read the "WHAT YOU GET" section for the house which describes the key features of the house. Also, be absolutely sure of the choice of house plan design you are about to purchase. Please contact your builder / contractor as well as the local building authority in case you have doubts about which drawings are required for construction of your home.
